The TURBOMIZER is a gas saver which tries to supply more air into the intake manifold whenever the vacuum pressure reaches a certain value. At this point, the lowering of the vacuum pressure in the intake manifold results in weakening of the supply of air to be mixed with the fuel in the carburator.
This signals the operation of the TURBOMIZER wherein the piston in the TURBOMIZER moves upwards thus opening the air intake port to the atmosphere. Air will thus rush from the TURBOMIZER to the intake manifold supplementing the air coming from the carburator's venturi. The air-fuel mixture is thus prevented from being rich resulting in more efficient combustion. This will consequently result in more power, less pullutants, and ultimately, better fuel economy.
